Scope:
BIMCOOP provided full BIM management services for this six-storey office complex, including model development, coordination across disciplines, clash detection, and documentation support from concept through to construction.
Challenge:
Coordinating a complex structural and MEP system within a tight urban site required precise modelling and collaboration across multiple stakeholders to ensure design intent, compliance and constructability were achieved.
